You should also check out the textures from the Xbox version of THPS3. There were some texture upgrades before that version was released. You need an OpenSpy patched NO-CD THUG2.EXE, It's easy to patch this NO-CD EXE which is found on this site's mods section, AFAIK the way to patch it is to change every instance of "gamespy.org" to "openspy.org", I originally posted a patched THUG2.EXE on THPS-MODS but unfortunately since OpenSpy cha...
