This is a forum for THUG Pro.
I was able to make my own deck, but I have to replace the file that I am replacing EVERY time I load up the game. How do I add it to my menu so I can just have it a selectable deck each time I play without editing stuff?
You would still have to edit the scripts every time you start the game too...EpicDaMan wrote:I was able to make my own deck, but I have to replace the file that I am replacing EVERY time I load up the game. So just replace a original THUG2 deck texture instead, cause the updater does not keep track of those files.
You need Gimp to make your own custom boards. I was going to make a tutorial video on YouTube 3 Years ago but my old pc broke at that time. you need to convert any deck ".qb" file to jpg or something to open it in Gimp. For example: open "THUG PRO".qb board.Once you open it in Gimp...you will see thug pro board in image and in 128 bit colors. You can replace it anything you want and the colors has to be in 128 bit. (Note: If the colors are not in 128 bit, the game won't accept it. After your done with it...save it and convert it back to ".qb" file and use it in the game.
where and how do you edit the code so the game reads the extra Decks you have made as I would like to submit my Decks and edits to the THUG Pro Team out as I use to be a beta tester till I got cut to save money, I would like to help in anyway I can as THPS5 was just a BIG let down for me
THUG2 image editing tools are found in this file.Splinks wrote:Side question in relation to this topic.

No problem.Spl1nks wrote: Thanks mate. Appreciate it. Would you like a custom deck/grip texture for helping me out?
If you're willing to give one then sure.
