And this is my texture in game

I use gimp, IMG2TGA_UG2.exe and TGA2IMG_UG2.exe, my TGA file is 32bit, so what is wrong and how to fix it?

Try 8bit TGA instead.
Another hack is to change the image dimentions so that its not a power of 2. Something like 31x63.

I change dimentions to 65x130 and now it look like this:

and TGA2IMG_UG2.exe can't convert 8bit TGA files.

EDIT:
I'm stupid, 65x130 is still power of 2 :/

EDIT2:
65x128 - still look like 65x130

Your first image needed to be swizzled.
Saving as an 8 bit tga is the only way defs tool will compress.
They should be a power of 2.

Except it compresses to black if 32 bit.

I use GIMP myself, try this method:

1. Right click in image window (or select Image in the Menu Bar at the top), go to Image > Mode > Indexed. The default settings here will be fine for most textures (anything lacking transparent pixels.) Click Convert, now it is under the 256 color limit.

2. Right click in image window, go to Image > Mode > RGB. Now it is 32-bit again, but still under the 256 color limit.

3. Export as TGA being sure to uncheck the RLE Compression checkbox.

Then in TGA to IMG, use what you've been using. "1" then "y".

I seen this somewhere and it helped me do it in a old version of PS.

Convert to indexed image, then convert back to RGB, and then save without RLE Compression. I use GIMP, which has the options for that under Image > Mode. No idea for Photoshop or Paint.net. I should get with someone who uses those and write a comprehensive guide on this stuff, Texmod method included too.
