THAW online play is no longer available

While there is no official confirmation anywhere, it appears that as of October 9, 2012, GameSpy has dropped online support of all Activision-published games for PS2.

Here's a THUG2 OpenSpy Fix for users that want to play online without mods, I believe CHC put an option to use OpenSpy for the EXE in the installers for the mods on this site

This link is for downloading a modded THUG2 EXE, this is renamed so it doesn't replace your existing EXE, this is modded so you could use online mode

Uses Openspy (Obviously)
Allows 8 Player CAPs
Yeah, that's about it, it's just the regular cracked EXE with online mode working by using the features listed above

can't play online? Your mods are outdated.
Find the Game folder in this rar archive and drag it to your THAW folder to overwrite the game folder, this will update the online info for

i have that files and i intall it but the game stay in connecting to gamespy, the same thing with thug2 (bad english)
